Support for Worlds Last Parade is handled through local device checks and clear troubleshooting steps because the game does not use accounts, analytics, or remote player profiles.
Get Help
Open Device QA from the same origin and use Build Card to create a short report with viewport, WebGL, audio, touch, cache, and store asset evidence. Reviewers can also use the App Review packet for the recommended verification route.
Common Fixes
- If the 3D view is blank or paused, reload once and check whether the startup recovery panel appears.
- If audio does not start, tap the sound button after the page is fully loaded. iPhone and iPad Safari require a user gesture before sound can play.
- If progress looks stale after an update, open Settings, tap 進行リセット, then tap it again to confirm. This resets stage progress while keeping comfort settings.
- To remove every local value including settings, clear site data for this origin and reload from the current
/endofworld/URL. - If offline play fails, open Device QA, run Probe Cache, and confirm the required cache reports no missing files.
Saved Progress
Progress, settings, and QA-only release evidence are stored only in browser local storage on the player's device. The in-game progress reset clears saved stage progress and QA-only release evidence while keeping comfort settings. Clearing site data deletes every local value.
Comfort
The game includes large touch controls, sensitivity settings, render quality settings, a haptics toggle, low-stimulation motion mode, large tap targets, and safe-area-aware layouts.
Review Notes
No login, account, analytics, ads, push notifications, camera, microphone, location, contacts, or payment features are used.
